I bought the Chicago Metallic Nonstick Petite Broil & Roast Pan to replace the one that came with the toaster/convection oven I have (which I love). But the pan and rack it came with, within just a few uses, had a gooey, sticky greasy covering that wouldn't come off, no matter what I used or how long I soaked it.
I love Chicago Metallic. This pan and roaster is just the perfect size and no greasy build-up. Because the corners are so tight, there does get a little 'grease' in the corner, but it isn't much and I've figured out how to get it clean. Whenever I need to clean a small, tight space, I use a Q-tip and that's what I've done. Dip the Q-tip in a little dish soap, rub it in the corner, and it's gone!!!
I love Chicago Metallic so much I bought the three-piece cookie sheet/jelly roll pan set as well as the 9 x 13 Broil & Roast Pan for my oven. Can't wait to try it out.

Thanks to the previous reviewers, I also have a cuisinart toast/convection oven. It is so nice to know it fits and be able to use this in my toaster oven for one or two person and not need to use the big oven especially during the hot summer season. The original stainless steel tray is not strong enough and sometimes get crooked during cooking and one corner will turn up unexpectantly and end up with uneven cooking. This broil and roast pan is a lot stronger and do not have than problem. I use it to grill small fishes and yellow tail collar japanese style, cornish chicken and squab, the nonstick is easy to clean but I still use aluminum foil on the bottom to catch any drippings to prolong the use of the pan. It is also great to free up the big oven for bigger roasts when we have guests coming over. I have 2 chicago metallic commercial sheet pan and bread pan and their quality is unbeatable even with non stick. I am very happy with this purchase. What I need next is a small pizza stone for my toaster/convection oven.
